How do I get help, report issues, or give ideas for new features to Wing It™
At any time you can click on the "hamburger menu", the three lines at the top right of the screen when logged in. Click "Help" and you will be prompted to give more information so we can help you in the best way possible.
What if I forget my password?
On the login page, you can click on the "I forgot my password" link. You will be prompted to enter your email and will receive reset instructions if the address is connected to an account.
What are the password requirements?
There must be at least one number and one special character. The minimum length is eight characters.
What is required to set up my account?
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Mailing address
- Agree to terms and privacy policy
How do I add properties?
You can add your first property by clicking the green "Add a Property" button on your "Properties" screen.
How do I search for my properties?
You can either search for your property by address or by moving around on the map.
What happens if my property is not found or if I have an issue while adding a property?
Sometimes addresses are mapped to a location that is in the middle of the road and not on your property. Please click or tap somewhere in the middle your property on the map to continue.

Can I edit my property details?
Yes, you can edit your property name and description at any time.
How do I select activities that I want to allow on my property? Can I change my mind?
While onboarding each property, we ask what activities you may want to allow when guests will have access to your property. These can be changed at any time and you are not locked into anything.

Throughout the next several months, we will be rolling out more features for you to manage your properties. Stay tuned!
